For account, app, privacy, accessibility, or moderation help, email support@graded.today. Include your Graded2Day username, app version, iOS version, and a short description. Never send your password.
Safety issue
Report profiles or content from the in-app safety menu so our moderation queue receives the correct context. We target responses within 24 hours and prioritize credible threats immediately. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Delete your account
Open Graded2Day, go to Settings → Safety & Privacy → Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. Your account is locked immediately and cleanup completes within 24 hours. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account.
Notifications
You can change notification access in the iOS Settings app under Notifications → Graded2Day.
