Terms of Use

Effective July 13, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Graded2Day, operated by Oceano AI. By creating an account or using Graded2Day, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Oceano AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Graded2Day. You represent that you have the rights needed to post your content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

Acceptable use

Do not post illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, infringing, or spam content; impersonate others; evade blocks or moderation; scrape the service; probe security; overload systems; or use Graded2Day to harm anyone. Detailed rules appear in the Community Guidelines.

Moderation

We may filter, limit, tombstone, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe rules or law were violated or action is needed to protect users or Graded2Day. Users can report content and block other users. Appeals and questions may be sent to support@graded.today.

Third-party services

Catalog links and metadata come only from Spotify and TMDB. Their services and content are governed by their own terms. Oceano AI is not responsible for third-party availability or content.

Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to protect reliability. You may stop using Graded2Day or delete your account at any time in Settings.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Graded2Day is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Oceano AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability relating to Graded2Day will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Oceano AI for Graded2Day during the prior 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law requires otherwise. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines are the complete agreement regarding Graded2Day.
